About Me

Me at Wembley 2008

Me aged 16, at Wembley against Barnsley in 2008

My name is James Harris, and I am currently studying Sports Journalism at Staffordshire University. I’ve been a Bluebird for all twenty years of my life, it’s never dull being a City fan eh? I follow Cardiff home and away, and try to get to as many games as I can. I was a season ticket holder for donkey’s years prior to uni, but since moving to Stoke it just wasn’t cost effective, I am a student after all!

My favourite ever Cardiff City player was the legend himself, Graham Kavanagh. My favourite match? The 2-1 FA Cup win in 2002 against Leeds at Ninian Park. I miss that stadium… The best goal I have ever witnessed was Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink’s screamer against Wolves in the cup run of 2008.

This blog is anything and everything to do with Cardiff, and shows my honest thoughts and opinions. Any comments from you lot would be great, can’t beat a bit of banter! 😉

My little brother doesn't have a choice, he WILL BE a Cardiff fan!
